Dr. Rebecca Marcus Wheeler, LCSW-QS, MCAP

Dr. Wheeler works with adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and patterns that no longer seem to be working. Her approach begins with curiosity, exploring the experiences, relationships, beliefs, and patterns that shape how we think, feel, respond, and connect with others. Together, we consider what has worked, what has not, and what may be missing, moving beyond insight toward trying different ways of responding and reflecting on their impact. With more than 20 years of clinical experience, she brings a developmental and relational perspective to helping clients develop greater awareness, flexibility, and trust in their ability to make intentional choices that fit their lives.
